My employer (Connexion Solutions) is an ISP specializing in providing competitive and reliable high speed Internet services to residential customers, businesses and institutions.
My duties and responsibilities include:
-Administering network workstations utilizing TCP/IP networking protocols.
-Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
-Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls,applying cryptography to network applications, and managing host servers.
-File permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans.
